Made to Order: Behind the Scenes

Your stamps go through a small journey before eventually heading to you. Check out the behind-the-scenes point of view of the DigiStaff every time you order a stamp!

Step 1: Order Received

We receive you order from our online shop, Shopee store, or Lazada store and process it right away! Our DigiStaff can assist you and recommend stamps for you that will best fit your needs. We get your stamp information here—stamp model, stamp size, stamp case color, stamp ink color, and more. 

Step 2: Creating a Layout

 Once we have your stamp information, we make your stamp layout following your instructions and notes. We'll be in constant communication with you throughout your stamp ordering journey, so please keep your lines open!

Step 3: Sending for Approval

Once we're done with the initial layout, we send it back to you to approve. At this stage, you can make changes and comments to the layout. As we want to fulfill your order as soon as possible, please note that we can only allow two edits to the layout.

Step 4: Stamp Production

Once the layout is approved, we make your stamp. This stamp-making process  usually takes less than an hour (depending on the number of stamps to make!) If you're in a rush, we allow same-day pickups (cut off at 2PM)—just let us know.

Step 5: Quality Check and Testing

Once the stamp is made, we inspect it, test it, and check the stamp quality before we proceed to pack it. We also update you about order before shipping it out.

Step 6: Packing

 We carefully pack your stamp to prevent it from getting damaged during the delivery process. We want to make sure that you receive your stamp in the best condition possible, and will already be ready to use once you get it.

Step 7: Shipping

We book a pick up from our partner courier. You'll get a notification or a message from the courier or our staff once your booking is successful! The courier picks up your order and ships it to you as soon as possible.
