What are your store hours?

Our opening hours depend on the mall hours that our stores are in. Usually, malls open around 10 AM or 11 AM and close at 9 PM or 10 PM.

[Note: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, mall hours might change. Kindly check the  official operating hours of the mall of your choosing before proceeding.]

How do I place an order?

What are your payment methods?

As of now, our physical stores only accept cash.

Are there any restrictions when placing an order?

Yes, please read our policy below. Digistamps may decline jobs based on the following:
  • Signature stamps of any person who is not the actual person requesting for the stamp, unless there is a written and valid authorization that they are given the authority to do so.
  • Government-related stamps or official stamps which may be in conflict with authentic stamps bearing any date or stamp or requirement which may seek to create a possible attempt to copy the authentic government-related or official stamp.
  • Text, logos, or images that go against accepted norms, good moral conduct, and tradition—including local and national government laws and regulations.

What are your payment methods?

As of now, we only accept payments through the following:
  • Bank Transfer (online and offline transfers)
    • BPI
    • BDO
  • E-wallet Payments
    • PayMaya
    • GCash
  • PayPal (by request only; will include an additional processing fee.)

What are your shipping options and how much does shipping cost?

As of now, we only ship through GoGoXpress, LBC, and Blitz Delivery. As for shipping rates, we have a fixed rate of Php 100 for addresses based in Metro Manila, and Php 150 for addresses based outside of Metro Manila.

For your convenience, you may also shop from our official Shopee and Lazada store for other delivery options.

When will I receive my order?

For orders within Metro Manila, you may expect your package in 1-3 days. For orders outside Metro Manila, you may expect your package in 2-5 days.

Do you offer franchising packages?

Sorry, Digistamps is NOT available for franchise.

Do you sell the machines or raw materials for the stamps?

Sorry, our machines and our materials are NOT for sale.

My stamp ran out of ink! What do I do?

No worries, our stamps are re-inkable! You can visit any of our branches or shop online and buy a small bottle of ink in your choice of color. For re-inking instructions, please click here.
