Refund policy

We carefully inspect and pack all of our items to ensure that they will be shipped in the best possible condition. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you've received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that your items arrived damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may inspect the situation further before proceeding to a solution. Please send us photographic proof of your order to expedite the process.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for our items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order. All sales are FINAL.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items, digital items, and gift cards.

 

Returns / Exchanges

As each item has limited stock and is/or custom-made, we do not allow exchanges.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
