Shipping

We ship paid orders out as soon as it is processed unless announced otherwise.

We ship via GoGoXpress, Blitz Delivery, LBC, or JRS, depending on the customer's area and the volume of orders. Our shipping fee is at a fixed rate to expedite the process. In the event that your order cannot fit in the standard pouches, and will have to be shipped in a larger container, we will contact you for any additional charges for shipping.

In the event that the courier cannot reach your area, we will contact you for either a solution or a refund.

In the event that your package is returned to us due to specific situations, we will contact you to reach a solution.

Pick-up

CUT OFF FOR SAME-DAY PICKUP IS 2 PM.

 We allow pick-ups using a same-day courier service like Lalamove, Grab, Mr. Speedy, HappyMove, Angkas, etc.

We are located in Valenzuela City. You can use Jade Garden Townhomes as the location pin to get an estimate of how much the delivery will cost. Our exact location will be disclosed once the order is confirmed and paid. In order to avoid booking the wrong location pin for delivery, we urge that customers book for their own pickups.

Same-day pick-up using couriers are open from 10 AM-4 PM, Mondays to Saturdays only. Customers must book and pay for their pickups. Should you require assistance with booking, we are more than happy to help!
